Line breaking hyphen. Only used when a word is broken across a line.

Plains Cree uses hyphenation when words are broken at the end of a line. However, a standard hyphen could be confused with ᐨU+1428 FINAL SHORT HORIZONTAL STROKE (used for ʦ), so Cree uses this character, instead.
